Most female fitness enthusiasts desire a physique with a slim waist, a perky butt, and relatively thin legs. Therefore, their training methods and goals differ from those of men. Women, compared to men, do not require heavy weight training or highly targeted muscle group exercises. Women's fitness focuses on large muscle groups, while men's strength training primarily emphasizes "heavy weights, low reps, high sets." Women's training, conversely, aims for "low weights, high reps, high sets," resulting in less muscle damage and allowing for more frequent training sessions. Women's fitness goals include: fat loss, muscle gain, postpartum recovery, achieving a peach-shaped butt, defined abs, upper body V-taper shaping, and posture correction.
